The house answers telephone and WhatsApp enquiries at any hour, every day of the week. Viewing and collection are arranged by appointment so that a piece is brought out of the Vault and ready before you arrive.
Viewing & collection
Pieces held in the Vault may be viewed in person before purchase, and collected in person after it, by appointment at the maison in Asaba. There is no charge for either.
We would rather you saw a piece and decided against it than bought it and regretted it, so we do not put a time limit on a viewing.
Sourcing enquiries
If you are looking for a piece on the Register — or one not listed at all — tell us the house, the model, and any preference on size, colour or year. We will tell you honestly what it will take to find, what it is likely to cost, and how long it will take before you commit to anything.
Returns & orders
