Shipping & Delivery

What we hold, what we source, and how long each actually takes. We would rather quote a date we can keep than one you would prefer to hear.

Availability

The maison offers pieces in two states, and the difference decides your delivery date. Every listing says which one it is.

Available now — held in Asaba

New, unworn pieces physically in our possession, in their original packaging. These are priced, can be bought immediately, and ship from stock. Stock is counted by size, so if your size shows as unavailable it is the size that has gone, not the piece.

Pre-Order — obtainable, not held

Pieces we can obtain but do not currently hold. A 30% deposit reserves one; the balance falls due only once it has arrived and we have inspected it. If we cannot obtain it, the deposit is returned in full. Every Pre-Order listing states its own lead time, and we would rather quote a date we can keep than one you would prefer to hear.

Register Interest — allocation pieces

Some houses do not sell on demand at any price. Chanel handbags, most Rolex references, Cartier and Van Cleef are allocation businesses with waiting lists. Registering interest costs nothing, commits nothing, and promises no date — because nobody honest can promise one.

Request a Source — everything else

Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior and Goyard sell new goods through their own channels only, so those pieces are found individually rather than ordered. Tell us the house, the model, the size and the colour, and we will tell you what it will take, what it will cost and how long — before you commit to anything.

Stated plainly

If a listing shows a price and an option to purchase, the piece is in stock and ready to dispatch. If a listing says Source on Request, the piece is not in stock and must be sourced. We do not take payment for anything we do not yet hold.

Dispatch & delivery times

Dispatch is counted in working days from cleared payment. Delivery is counted from dispatch. Every shipment is insured for its full value and tracked end to end.

DestinationDispatchDeliveryCost
Asaba & Delta State 1–2 working days 1–2 working days Free, insured
Elsewhere in Nigeria 1–2 working days 2–5 working days Free, insured
International 1–3 working days 5–12 working days Quoted per piece before payment

Delivery within Nigeria is free and included in the price of the piece. International delivery is quoted for each piece individually, because insured carriage on a watch and on a coat are not the same cost, and shown to you in full before you pay. There are no fees added after payment.

Sourced pieces

A piece sourced to order is quoted with its own lead time before you commit — typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on the house and the rarity of the reference. Allocation pieces, such as certain Hermès and Rolex references, can take considerably longer, and we will tell you so honestly rather than promise a date. Once a sourced piece arrives, is inspected and is accepted by you, it ships on the timetable in the table above.

Duties, taxes and collection

International orders may attract import duty or tax in the destination country. These are set by that country, are not collected by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every shipment accurately; we do not under-declare value.

Pieces may also be collected in person, by appointment, at the salon. There is no charge for collection.

Receiving your piece

Every piece travels in its original packaging with its tags intact. Please inspect it on arrival. If anything is wrong — the wrong size, damage in transit, or simply not what you wanted — you have fourteen days. See our Returns, Cancellation & Refunds policy.
