Who you are buying from
Pieces on ea.maison are sold by EAM Ethos Aurum Maison Ltd (RC 9606536), Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. Ethos Aurum Maison is an independent house. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of the houses whose pieces it offers.
The pieces
Every piece sold as Available now is new, unworn and held in Asaba. Colours and sizes are shown as the house holds them; photographs show the piece in the colour named under them. Sizes run as the house cut them, so ask for measurements before you decide.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Nigerian naira and include delivery inside Nigeria. Outside Nigeria, a flat delivery rate is added at checkout, and import duties in your country, where they apply, are paid on delivery. Payment is taken by Paystack. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
Reservation and the contract
When you open payment, the units in your bag are reserved for fifteen minutes. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed and we send your order reference. If a piece cannot be supplied after payment, we refund you in full to the original payment method.
Delivery
Timings and rates are on Shipping & Delivery. Every shipment is insured for its full value and tracked.
Returns and cancellation
You may cancel at no cost before dispatch, and return a piece within fourteen days of delivery on the terms on Returns & Refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Pre-orders and sourcing
Pre-order deposits and sourced pieces follow the terms stated on the piece and on Request a Source. Nothing is charged for sourcing until you accept the specific piece and price we quote.
