Are the pieces at Ethos Aurum Maison new?
Yes. Every piece is new and unworn, in its original packaging. The house buys new from the fashion houses and their authorised channels and holds the stock in Asaba.
Is Ethos Aurum Maison part of Louis Vuitton, Hermès or the other houses it sells?
No. Ethos Aurum Maison is an independent house. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of the houses whose pieces it offers.
Where is Ethos Aurum Maison?
The house is at Suite 60, Faith Akepede Plaza, opposite Master Care School, behind Macdons, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. Pieces can be viewed and collected there by appointment, at no charge.
How much is delivery in Nigeria, and how long does it take?
Delivery is insured, tracked and free across Nigeria, and import into Nigeria is already cleared by the house. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of cleared payment and arrive within 1–2 working days in Asaba and Delta State, or 2–5 working days elsewhere in Nigeria.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Yes, at a flat insured rate added at checkout: Ghana ₦60,000, Kenya ₦75,000, South Africa ₦80,000, United Arab Emirates ₦90,000, United Kingdom ₦95,000 and United States ₦120,000. Outside Nigeria, import duties in your country, where they apply, are paid on delivery. For another country, message the house for a quote.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Payment is taken in naira through Paystack's secure window: card, bank transfer, USSD and, on Apple devices, Apple Pay. No card details are entered on the site or stored by the house.
How do I choose my size?
Choose the colour first, then the size; sizes the house no longer holds in that colour are shown as sold out. Sizes run as the house cut them, so ask for measurements before you decide. The size guide on each piece gives approximate equivalents.
What if my size is sold out?
Stock is counted by size, so a sold-out size means that size has gone, not the piece. Message the house on WhatsApp: it can tell you when more arrives or source the size for you.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within fourteen days of delivery, for any reason, if it is unworn and returned with its packaging, tags and dust bag. Return delivery is at your cost for a change of mind, and at the house's cost if a piece is faulty, damaged or the wrong size or colour. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Is a piece held for me while I pay?
Yes. When you open payment, the units in your bag are reserved for fifteen minutes. If payment is not completed, the reservation lapses and nothing is charged.
Can I see photographs of the exact piece before I buy?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp for photographs or a video of the front, the hardware and the inside of the exact piece. The house would rather you looked twice.
Can the house find a piece it does not hold?
Yes. Tell the house the brand, the model, the size and the colour through Request a Source. It will tell you what it will take, what it will cost and how long, before you commit to anything; sourced pieces typically take 2 to 6 weeks.
How quickly does the house answer?
The house answers WhatsApp from 9:00 to 21:00 WAT, every day, usually within 15 minutes. Email orders@ea.maison at any time.

Yes. EAM Ethos Aurum Maison Ltd is registered in Nigeria under RC 9606536 and was incorporated on 11 June 2026.
